PART 5; WRITING PRESENTATION


To have easy writing time one must follow the following tips clearly;
(a)First ask yourself what is topic all about.
(b)Read and reread the topic to ensure that you have got what the topic is all about.
©Gather relevant information from various sources such as books‚  periodicals and journals.
(d)Download them and note them in a book so that you will not forget when referencing.
(e)Choose the key ideas you need to bring out in various paragraphs.
(f)Give first priority to strong points‚ the weaker points can written after exhausting  the main point‚ or else they can be merged with the other main points.
(g)Formulate your thesis statement or statement of problem after getting what you need to write in your paper.
(h)Now you can start presenting your points one by one‚ putting in mind that each paragraph presents an independent idea. It is also worthy to remember that each paragraph must contain three parts. That is‚ point ‚argument to support the point and conclusion. Furthermore ‚it should contain relevant example to support the raised idea in that specific paragraph and tie it to thesis statement.
(i)Remember presentation requires points which the speaker uses as blue print when delivering his or speech so just be specific to a point. Do not waste your time bubbling around . Reader needs  a well clearly traceable points not notes as many thinks is the case.
(j)Use continuous paragraph structure in your essay do not use bullets to highlight the points. This can be very monotonous to a reader  in such a way that they will get bored in process of reading.
(k)As part of making your work more presentable and appealing to the reader you can use diagrams to illustrate your arguments  when necessary. This will break monotony as it act as a dessert during a reading process.
(l)A writer must conglomerate ideas together presenting the same idea to avoid replecation and dilution of the strong points.
(m)Your paragraphs must be properly sequenced for the reader trace the points with ease.
