These
common mistakes to avoid;
(a)Never ever use colloquial expressions in your easy. Let it flow
naturally without that unnecessary make-up.
(b)Never use exclamation marks they are not necessary.

basically just use words which are specific of what you are intending to pass
across.
(d)Avoid any kind of questions in your
essay. questions are only allowed in some special cases .For instance when
writing research questions in a research project which is taking descriptive

(e)Avoid words such as lol ‚ cool etc.
in your essay.
(f)Check all spelling errors and take a
corrective actions.
(g)Make sure verbs you have used in
your essay match effectively with the subjects .
This is to mean a singular verb should
only be used with singular subject and vice-versa for plural subject.
Check out punctuations do not leave out
any commas.
(h)Never ever start a sentence with a conjunctions.(and
and but)
(i)Do not write wordy paragraphs have a
short sentence structures.
(j)Make sure that each sentence written
presents logical idea do not beat about the bush .Be precise and clear.
(k)Consider using synonym to avoid
repeating same words within a paragraph.
(l)Use a hypen in case you are writing
compound nouns.
(m)Do not make a blunder of repeating
the same idea or concept.
(n)Never use the gender specific words
for general meaning.
(o)Use transitional words effectively.
(p)Use the present tense all through in
your writing unless you are suggesting the future ‚in this case future tense
can be used(will)
(q)Never use first person pronoun in your
essay(we ‚us)
